- Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days of order confirmation.
- Once dispatched, products generally reach customers within 7–14 working days within India.
- Delivery attempts are made on business days only.
- Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are excluded from normal business-day delivery attempts.
